Your First Session 

The first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about your background, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to achieve. It’s a chance for us to understand you and begin creating a plan tailored to your goals.

 

Ongoing Therapy

After the first session, we'll continue our work together, exploring deeper issues, and learning new tools to help you manage life’s challenges. We work at a pace that feels right for you, and you’ll always have a voice in your therapy process.
